Co-Founded by David Bell and Sammy Jones, the Stärka team work exclusively with Operators, Landlords and Developers.
David, until recently was Head of Global Leisure at Savills. He specialises in leasing, development consultancy and asset management for major UK and Global Landlords, as well as global expansion remits for retained tenant rep clients.
David is one of the few Global market leading advisors, and his extensive knowledge spans from comprehensive regeneration schemes, to new developments both in the UK and Worldwide.
David is always spearheading innovative new approaches to the leisure property sector and delivers the highest quality service to add real value to his clients.
Sammy has over 20 years industry experience and extensive UK knowledge, specialising in the Leisure and Food & Beverage sectors. She has worked both in-house operator side and across several agency roles prior to this. Sammy has been running her own consultancy business for 4 years, which offers specialist property advice for operators acting as an ‘in-house’ client and acquisition specialist.
Sammy manages the full acquisition process from start to finish, working closely with project managers and legal teams and can add value in the detailed negotiation process. Sammy also provides growth strategy advice for businesses looking to scale up and expand their estates.
Kate joined the Stärka team in May 2022, and works closely with clients to assist Sammy, David and Richi with a variety of tasks.
Kate is also a second year university student, studying Real Estate at John Moores University and is due to graduate in June 2024.
