We are working with DTZ IM on the leasing of their flagship leisure scheme at Printworks Manchester.
The Printworks entertainment venue comprises 365,000 sq.ft. and is due for a substantial redevelopment in 2022.
Comprising over 20 restaurant and leisure occupiers, the scheme is known as the leading entertainment venue in Manchester with further new lettings to come in 2022, which will further enhance its already strong tenant mix.
Stärka are retained by Slim Chickens to acquire new sites predominantly across the North of England. More recently we have negotiated and secured a flagship site in Manchester Arndale and require further sites during 2022!
Gusto have recovered from the pandemic well and have recently opened their new Nottingham restaurant in their new ‘look and feel’ fit out and concept for the brand. This includes an open plan chefs table where guests can choose to make their own pizzas. Gusto now requires more sites in Oxford, Reading and Central London to add to the pipeline in 2022/23.
We have worked with Global hot pot chain, Hai Di Lao, securing their UK debut site at the Trocadero in Piccadilly London, extending to just under 10,000 sq.ft. This flagship restaurant marked the brands entry into Europe and subsequently we secured further landmark deals in Bull Ring, Birmingham; Frankfurt; Madrid and Toronto.
